Careers Website Design

Our Careers Website design services are designed to compliment your current brand and identity seamlessly. We can either design your careers website to include blogs, case studies, videos and jobs, or we can just design a fully responsive job search page. We can add secure, responsive and GDPR compliant recruitment functionality to your website quickly and effectively.

Careers Website Design Portfolio

Does your company careers website work well for you? Does it promote your brand? What is the candidate journey like? Is it secure? Is it mobile compatible and GDPR compliant? How does it perform in search engines?

Many HR Managers and Directors struggle to answer these simple questions. This is because they were not usually involved in the design of their company website. It is also sometimes because the company who built the company website does not usually know how to create professional recruitment functionality to the website.

At Recruitive, we can create a standalone careers website, hosted on its own domain name, or we can use your corporate styling and host the careers website as part of your main corporate website.

All of our websites include a full content management system, search engine functionality and optimisation, full recruitment functionality and jobs feeds to third party jobs boards, including Google jobs. Below are a few different examples of how we deployed our recruitment functionality to a number of different organisations.

Our careers website design services are all part of our candidate attraction strategy, which forms part of our end to end online recruitment services.

Harvey Nichols

Harvey Nichols Careers Website

Harvey Nichols are a client of ours that need no introduction. They approached us following a lengthy and stringent procurement process, requiring a careers website that matched their recruitment needs, promoted their brand and also competed with other, well known retail brands. This website was built using their corporate branding and style sheets and is hosted on a sub domain name. The website includes lots of content, imagery and case studies and links to Google jobs.

Patisserie Valerie

We were contacted as part of an extensive procurement process to discuss the possibility of a full applicant tracking system and careers website. We were the only ones who really ‘got’ where they were coming from in terms of the passion, enthusiasm and pride in what we do and had the complete technology package they were looking for. Their bespoke careers website promotes their attractive corporate branding, is fully responsive, secure & GDPR compliant. The full applicant tracking software system, careers website and integrations were confirmed, built and launched within two months.

Stewart Milne

This website is a good example of a simple jobs page, which is fully integrated with the main corporate website of Stewart Milne. We worked closely with their marketing team to build this careers page. The jobs from the Recruitive ATS system are posted directly into the careers page, as well as posting out to multiple other jobs boards. Once we are able to control the jobs on this careers page, the jobs are then posted to Google Jobs via a bespoke XML jobs feed.

Lawscot Jobs

Lawscot Jobs have been a client of ours for many years. This website is the second version of this jobs board and it supports The Journal of the Law Society of Scotland, the professional body for over 11,000 Scottish solicitors. They approached us originally as they were receiving an increasing demand to advertise positions within the legal sector in Scotland. The solution was to create a secure, mobile compatible careers website, presented as a standalone jobs board system.

Proud Employers

Proud Employers is the diversity and inclusion careers website for Stonewall, the LGBT rights charity based in London. This website was designed to promote the vacancies of their founder charity supporters and members and was launched in 2013. The current website was upgraded to be secure, responsive and GDPR compliant in 2017. The website is intended to promote the brand of Proud Employers in the form of a standalone jobs board.

Unlocking Potential

Unlocking Potential was built for Cornwall College, part of Plymouth and Exeter University, following a very detailed national tender process. The procurement process also included stringent testing by third party HR and IT organisations. This website is intended to promote careers and educational training courses for the region of Cornwall in the UK. It is part of a wider careers and training brand.
