Recruitive is a trading brand name of Recruitive Technology Limited 

We outline our standard disclaimer applicable to the websites, software and technologies owned and operated by “Recruitive” and are happy to provide additional information on request should further clarification be required.

1. “Recruitive” provides this site and all others within our network on an “as is” basis and makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to this site, any of our network sites, any of the “Recruitive” company or to any of the content within and disclaims all such representations and warranties.

2. Website contents, online brochures and associated marketing literature sent by email, electronically or by other means are for general information or use by our clients and site visitors (as indicated).

3. We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose of the online information, general content, data, that contained within newsletters, online brochures, marketing information, media packs, Candidate CVs, related graphics or connected information published on or within “Recruitive” or its brand technologies, software or websites. Information on websites is updated time to time however we exclude any warranties (whether expressed or implied), as to the quality, accuracy, efficacy, completeness, performance and fitness for a particular purpose of “Recruitive” or any of its contents.

4. We make no warranty that the contents of “Recruitive” are free from infection by viruses or anything else which has contaminating or destructive properties and shall have no liability in respect thereof.

5. The information contained in “Recruitive” may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Nevertheless, all liability of us howsoever arising for any such inaccuracies or errors is expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Neither “Recruitive” nor any of its directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for loss or damage arising out of or in connection with sites owned or connected to “Recruitive”. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages or loss of business opportunities or projects, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties howsoever arising and whether in contract, tort or otherwise from the use of or inability to use “Recruitive ” or any of its contents, or from any action or omission taken as a result of using any such contents or “Recruitive” website.

7. All liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law including any implied terms.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, none of the exclusions and limitations in the clause are intended to limit any rights you may have as a consumer under local law or other statutory rights which may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit “Recruitive” liability to you for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of our employees or agents.

9. Where “Recruitive” provide material in the form of candidate CVs, Candidate profiles or associated data submitted by candidates, we accept no responsibility for the content or accuracy of such data nor do we make any representations by virtue of the contents of “Recruitive” in respect of the existence or availability of any jobs advertised.

10. You should note that certain links on “Recruitive” lead to resources located on servers and managed server arrangements maintained by third parties including but not limited to vidahost.com, rackspace.com, Nuco technologies and associated data centres and others over whom we have no control and accordingly we accept no responsibility or liability for any of the material contained on those servers.

11. Where part of the “Recruitive” Site content contains advertising and other material submitted to us by third parties please note that those advertisers are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on “Recruitive” complies with all legal requirements. Although acceptance of advertisements at “Recruitive” is subject to our standard terms and conditions which are available on request, we do not accept liability in respect of any advertisements or features or promotions submitted to us.

Recruitive &/Or its subsidiary &/or associated companies &/or its trading names including but not limited to Recruitive, Visible Boost, Job Pigeon, CV Mate, Job Mate, Post Social and any of the network listed sites found on Visible Boost plus other sites owned or connected to the Recruitive company.
