iCare Careers has recently joined forces with recruitment software company, Recruitive Ltd, to provide candidates and recruiters a secure platform to find and advertise job vacancies in the social care sector.
iCareCareers has been commissioned to work in partnership with Swindon Borough Council to provide a range of applicant attraction and recruitment options in order to deliver increased measures to supplement and strengthen Adult Social Care staff capacity in Swindon.
With the need to continuously look at new ideas and solutions to increase and encourage the number of applicants to choose the care sector as a career of choice. They decided to provide job seekers and recruiters with a safe, inclusive and secure careers website using Recruitive’s jobs board system. This will ensure that safe and continuous care is achieved to deliver the following outcomes within the Adult Care Sector here in Swindon.
Introduced by First City Group which is also based in the Swindon area, iCare Careers has developed its relationship with Recruitive by using Recruitive’s intuitive jobs board system to post job vacancies to premium and free to post job boards, social media and their dedicated careers website in one submission. Saving a vast amount of time in administration without having to manually post to each individual site.
Sales and Marketing Manager, Steven Day, said “ICareCareers approached us early in 2021, following their partnership with Swindon Borough Council to provide recruitment opportunities to the social care sector in the Swindon area. The website itself uses our core jobs board platform to operate, although it offers a lot more in terms of content and advice to both employers and potential care staff, so you could also call it a full careers and training website. The website was launched during August 2021.”
