John Clark Recruitment, part of the John Clark Motor, has recently launched their new careers website and dedicated ATS system with Recruitive Ltd in a revolutionary journey to upgrade their recruitment processes.
The careers website aims to allow John Clark Recruitment to invest in their people and provide specialist training and development opportunities to help their employees progress their careers.
John Clark Motor Group approached the recruitment software company, Recruitive, after an invitation to tender for the design of a careers website for their business. Beforehand, the motor group used a paper-based recruitment system which was outdated and time-consuming.
After demonstrating the additional benefits of Recruitive’s applicant tracking software (ATS) system, John Clark Recruitment also placed an order for an ATS system as well as the original tender for their careers website.
Their careers website is managed by Recruitive’s full ATS system and all jobs posted from the ATS are displayed on their website with applications and interviews also being managed from within the ATS system.
Recruitive’s ATS system manages all applications and registrations on the website, whilst allowing John Clark Recruitment’s team to track all correspondence from their careers website, filling vacancies quickly and efficiently. The software supports companies from the early stages of requisition through to onboarding, creating a seamless recruitment journey for all stakeholders.
Recruitive’s team ensured to design the website to match the corporate styling of the business and all systems are linked to their Google jobs posting system providing total security and responsiveness.
Sales and Marketing Manager, Steven Day, said: “John Clark Motor Group approached us and invited us to take part in a tender for the re-design of their main careers website. Their old website could not manage online applications. After an initial demonstration, we realised that John Clark Motor Group operated a manual recruitment process. We suggested that they reviewed our own ATS system, as we knew this would improve their recruitment processes even further. The current website is now managed fully by the ATS system and all jobs and applications are managed via the ATS”.
