Their standard solution includes everything they need to continue to fulfil business needs including, CSV file export of new starter data to their HR system and an onboarding module.
We have also created a vacancy page following the current design of their website where they can use it to post jobs and receive applications directly into their ATS. Something which can now be used alongside their trusted external sourcing methods.
When candidates explore this page, they are supplied with a mobile-friendly experience, which is secure and encompasses an easy to apply process with filters and keyword job search.
