Recruitive plant trees for the environment.

Recruitive LTD planted 74 trees yesterday (Wednesday 5th February) in a bid to help the environment.

The voluntary work was done in partnership with volunteers from The Friends of Hednesford Park and Cannock Chase District Council.

With Recruitive being based in Cannock, Staffordshire since the company’s establishment in 2004, three trees were planted for each member of staff to give back to the community.

There were multiple types of trees planted including Silver Birch, Apple, Maple and Cherry by the railway line on Brindley Health road, Hednesford.

Six members of Recruitive staff joined in from various departments of the company including Commercial, Sales, Marketing and more.

Sarah Tipton, Office Manager at Recruitive said: “The Recruitive team had a great time out of the office today helping Cannock Chase District Council support the environment with the planting of 74 trees.

“As a company, we understand the importance of being environmentally friendly and we are grateful to the council for providing us with the opportunity to give back to the community.”

Lynn Evans, Community and Education Officer at Cannock Chase Council and Volunteer for The Friends of Hednesford Park said: “We supported volunteers from Recruitive on Wednesday, a local company from Cannock that wanted make a difference to the environment and plant trees.

“Over 70 trees were planted with the help of Cannock Chase Council Tree Team in Brindley Health road, Hednesford.”
