We have launched a new website!

Establishing in 2001, MTR Partnership is a Recruitment Consultancy based in both the North West and Yorkshire.

Their speciality lies within the construction, housing, facilities, building services, maintenance, and local authority sectors.

MTR Partnership is a client that was already a user of our multi-job posting tool, job mate but made it known to us that they had a poorly functioning website. 

So, we upgraded them!

As a REC member (Recruitment and Employment Confederation) with 40 years in the business, they understand recruitment from both the employers’ and candidate’s perspective.

Their key focus is to build long term relationships, working with both employers and job seekers to understand their requirements in detail, offering a personal consultancy experience.

That is why their website needed to work parallel to this.

Their newly designed site, like all of the websites we design, is GDPR compliant, responsive, and secure.

Candidates can easily search for jobs with filters and keyword search.

Alike, employers can also easily register their available vacancies. 

Following its launch, we have submitted them to Google Jobs, meaning that all of the jobs listed on their site will automatically be shown at the top of a relevant Google search.

And with the majority of job searches starting at Google, it is absolutely imperative that our client’s vacancies show there.

We have also set them up on Google Analytics and will continue to work with them to ensure they get the very best return out of their new platform.
